SSIC Online Remote Shelving Service System
Request Material from SSIC Remote Storage and Closed Stacks
  1. The service is available to NCCU valid users and guests.
  2. Only newspaper collection and closed stack items can be requested.
  3. You may fill out and submit the SSIC Missing Items & Remote Storage Request Form online or apply at the Service Counter of Microforms Services and Information Retrieval Section, located on the 2nd floor of SSIC rear building. The requested items will typically arrive within 3 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. An e-mail notice will be sent to you once the items are available.
  4. To collect the items, please present your valid photo ID at the Service Counter during the opening hours.
  5. Requested items will be held for 7 week days and returned to stacks if not picked-up.
  6. If an item is lost or damaged, you will be responsible for compensation according to related rules.
